Boxing Day feast

I'm putting on a Boxing Day buffet for 6 (rules permitting).

Guests will include 2 veggies and a pregnant woman.

My usual shop is from Sainsbury's, I don't want to make unnecessary journeys elsewhere. I like to do a couple of home made bits but don't mind ready made, just want to avoid a boring beige fest. I won't have made Xmas dinner so no left over meats.

What would your must-haves be? (Sweet and savoury).

I’d do cheeses, pâtés, chutneys, relishes and pickles, piccalilli, smoked salmon, grissini, sliced baguette, cheese biscuits, grapes, celery, pickled onions and pickled gherkins. Sainsbury’s does two excellent veggie pâtés by VegRoot - aubergine and butternut.
For pudding, I’d make a clementine, kiwi, blueberry and raspberry fruit salad, Christmas cake and a cheesecake.

How about a Brie parcel? It was so easy and looks impressive!
