Any recommendations for no more than £150ish for a 18/19 year old boy please?

An Apple Watch s3 can be bought new from £199? Or likely to be lots of secondhand ones available at good prices as there are 2 new models out (SE and S6)

Thanks but we are totally an Android family so probably not Apple. Just started looking and thinking about what he might use it for. He does a bit of walking and just started running but not a big fitness person (so would use this a bit). He's probably like social media/text notifications and pay maybe. There are just so many at various prices so just wondered if anyone could recommend.
