Best plastic baubles?

I'd love to invest in some new baubles as the ones we have are pretty banged up.

I can't have glass ones as I've got a toddler DC. Where can I get posh plastic ones that don't have the seam around the middle?

Tried Cox and Cox but don't really fancy the few that they have. Any tips appreciated Smile

I have some lovely ones from Wilko. The multipack ones aren't particularly fancy but they don't look horribly cheap either.

Their individual baubles are lovely too. You dont have to have plastic - you can get some beautiful wooden/metal/fabric decorations as well.

Normally I’d recommend Habitat, but their selection of plastic baubles isn’t very inspiring this year.
M&S do several different packs of shatterproof baubles made from recycled plastic, but they’re nothing special.
If I were you, I’d still invest in glass baubles. Your Dc won’t be toddlers forever, and for now I’d just put the glass ones out of their reach!

Try the Range, Next and local large chain garden centres.
I also like b&q wierdly and gots lots of my plainer filler baubles from their a couple of years ago.

I would get some glass if thats what you want. Just teach them not to touch the tree. Ive always let our dc (4&6) help decorate and then they get the touching done and dusted! (Rearrange when they are in bed if needed!!)

Thanks for all these tips, they are fantastic. I think I'll wait until we're released from lockdown as it's hard to buy this stuff online. Next look perfect and I'd never have thought to look there!

Another vote for B&Q, they are surprisingly good. And if you can wait until a week or so before Christmas, they reduce them massively. We got 2 large boxes about 10 years ago for less than £4 each and they still look great. We got our artiicial pre-lit tree at the same time down to £80 from £220.

My nice baubles are come from John Lewis and Debenhams. I've only a few of them but they add something I feel. Smile
