Was thinking of doing this for the DC the first Sunday in December after all the decorations are up.

What kind of thing do you do if you do it? I need ideas to steal please.

Lucky charms and poptarts here with chocolate milk. B&m sell them for a reasonable price

We have toast cut in Christmas shapes, Santa strawberries and candy canes made from banana and strawberry, there's always a ginger bread house in the centre of the table. The elf decorates the table with Christmas plates, cups etc and leaves a table game to play (like pass the Brussel sprout).
We do ours on Christmas Day, it's the elf's way of saying thank you for having him, he leaves a gift at her place and puts place names at each place.

Variety pack of cereal, pancakes (I make American ones). Usually have bowl containing candy canes & marshmallows.

I do Christmas Breakfast on 1st December. In past years I've done star shaped toast, christmas tree crumpets and strawberry and banana candy canes. This year I am doing star shaped pancakes, kiwi trees and always have mini mince pies and gingerbread men. I decorate the table and put their advent calendars on there for them. Have fun!

Asda always have Christmassy crumpets. This year they’re reindeer shaped www.mirror.co.uk/money/shopping-deals/asda-release-reindeer-crumpets-ready-22989266

Oooh perfect. Thank you. DS has asked for mince pies so I might give in and allow them for breakfast. I will also decorate the table and have crackers I think. I know some might think it's over the top. But I've been shielding and need something to look forward to

Choc coins and choc croissants served with some nice Christmas napkins .

Twilightstarbright · 11/11/2020 19:46

I'm going to do the strawberry and banana candy canes, toast cut out into Christmas shapes and maybe snowman pancakes.

1st December is a Tuesday which is a bit of a manic rush in the morning for us so might do first Sunday in December.

TommyShelby · 11/11/2020 19:56

I think Asda are doing reindeer shapes crumpets this year if that’s an option for you

Whathappenedtothelego · 11/11/2020 20:07

@Twilightstarbright tell me more about the snowman pancakes?

Are they just snowman shaped, or are they filled with ice cream or something?

Twilightstarbright · 11/11/2020 21:16

Just snowman shaped, two circles. I saw them on Pinterest!
