Is anyone having problems using the the site or just with vouchers in general?

I'm struggling to see my voucher card balance and Argos have taken money without an order going through 🙄.

Also I'm struggling to find anywhere apart from Argos to spend them. I've saved all year and feel as though it's been a huge let down.

I only ever get the paper vouchers, no idea why as it’s me that uses them to put towards gifts.

I generally spend in Debenhams and Boots, as they both do good 3 for 2 on gifts, and I can get jumpers/pyjamas/home wear in Debenhams. I occasionally get bits from Superdrug.
I think I bought some stuff from new look one year too. Is there nowhere else on the list you use for shopping?

I've used them in Debenhams. Might still have some actually. I bought them for mothercare but that ship has sailed.

I thought there would be more choice to use online, you can't use at Debenhams or Matalan only in store. There are only 10 online stores you can use them and most of the places I've never even heard of.

Is this page useful OP? Gift cards can be exchanged for e-gift cards which can be used online at different retailers (including amazon and John Lewis although it looks like you lose 5% if you exchange for amazon vouchers).
