whiskey!

Please can i have some whiskey suggestions?!
DH likes bourbon, hates scotch.
In the past I have bought him green spot, yellow spot, tin cup, bullet. He likes Jameson's as well.

Ones Scottish, one Irish. I think the Americans favour whiskey like the Irish.

Having a Scottish father I favour those and I like the island ones. He might not like them as quite peaty.

I would think a selection of miniatures might go down well. What about a book too.

M&S do an Irish whiskey called writers tears which my DH enjoyed and he is also a green spot/Jameson's drinker.

I've recently started to enjoy whiskey and the one I like the most is Jameson Black Barrell

I was thinking of the Jameson black barrell. M&s is a good shout thank you, he enjoys their port.

Bushmills Black Bush is one of my dh favourites and he loves Jameson's

I'll take a look at the bushmills as wel thank you. I really don't like whiskey so I've no idea what to look for.

Check out the whisky barrel online, they have lots of info on the type of casks used, the tasting notes etc, a good starting point (imo) is a Bunnahabhain.
