Gingerbread House cutter/ mould

Does anyone have a suggestion for a good gingerbread house mould? I had a cutter set last year but the gingerbread did spread a little during baking which made it a little wonky; icing it together. Thank you!

If it spreads during baking, I use the cutter to trim it back to the right size as soon as it comes out of the oven, when it's still very soft.

I have this, have made both gingerbread and chocolate houses and both worked really well.
