Grazing table/ultimate buffet

What would you put on the ultimate Christmas grazing table or all day buffet please

I like a bit pf spice... Samosas, spring rolls, marinated chicken wings, bhajis, nachos etc.

I do grazing boards often when entertaining (obviously not done many this year!). I always put chocolate on and mounds of strawberries and raspberries.

A big bowl of cocktail sausages and dips. Grapes wrapped in Serrano ham, speared with a cocktail stick. Silverskin onions. Cubes of various hard cheeses. Prawns with a marie rose dip. Crostini with goats cheese and a truffle honey drizzle. Chicken parfait and a coarse pork paté. Sliced baguette and butter. Black olives and stuffed green olives. Devilled eggs. Tiny smoked salmon sandwiches. Mince pies and whipped cream. Cold poached salmon. Satsumas. Mixed nuts. Dates.

How about some cheese though?

A whole baked Brie, a side of gravadlax or smoked salmon. A tear and share flavoured brioche Xmas tree

It definitely would have to include sausages cooked with honey and wholegrain mustard.

Sourdough baguette, sliced
Proper salted butter
Crisps
Cheeseboard that would have to include brie and gorgonzola
Rosemary or garlic crackers
Truffle honey for drizzling over brie
Pickled onions
Gammon cooked in cola in the slow cooker
Maybe some grapes as token healthy item

Since really good ideas here. My ultimate grazing board would have:
Smoked salmon
Cold roast beef
Pate
Cheese
Home made bread with fancy butter
Warm potato salad
Roast aubergine slices.

Fingers crossed we all get to spend Christmas with our loved ones :)
