Anyone buying Christmas presents (or other!) on Amazon Prime Day?

What is Amazon Prime day?

Just bought DH and DD a Kindle each plus DD is getting a weighted blanket. The kindles were practically half price!

Yes we're in the process of buying our first house so we don't have things like a TV or a hoover as we've always rented. So looking at getting these things.

Also I picked up a PS4 game for my fiance for Christmas which was reduced.

Might also look at getting him some new headphones.

He's currently looking at sun loungers as our sofas are not turning up until Jan, so we have something to sit on

Ive just bought 2 amazon echo dots for 2 of my kids christmas. Should have been £60 for 2, I paid £37.

Was buying my daughter a new kindle fire, would have been £120 plus case and memory card, got the lot for £96 :-D
Now to find some toys from santa.....
I want a printer but the one i want isn't on the deal, need a very compact one

I bought DS (11) a table tennis set that attaches to the table for £2.99 after my £10 small business credit was taken off. It’ll give us something to do over the winter anyway 😂.

I think I was a bit slow on the Lego and was hoping the playmobil scoot doo van would be on offer but it’s not (or I missed it?). Trying not to buy anything else today 🤣

I brought a Xbox game (F1 2020) and new gaming headsets for DC.

I bought myself a new kindle as ds2 broke the charging port on mine a few weeks ago

Disney colour brain game for New Year's Eve

Also have my eye on a rocking elephant for dd5 and Christmas monopoly

Bought 2 yankee candles, box of cat food (it was a bargain), Kipling bag for mum, Lynx advent calendar and smellies for the teen, Levi T shirt for other teen, This Works Deep Sleep Shower gel for work colleague, Rory story cubs for Boss's children, Cath kidston set for the pressie cupboard because it was a bargain.

Got my eye on a robo vac!!

Have bought Junior Monopoly and Connect 4 for my nephews.

Only buying stuff that I already wanted. Last year I was tempted with other stuff so have stuck to my list this year!

Just going to check my wish list now and see if any of the other items are on offer.

Not Christmas but my birthday is next week and my parents asked what I wanted, was going to request a wireless speaker so chuffed to find the echo dot for £18.99.

There's a few things on my list which I'm going to look for now. Have to be very strict as money's tight this year and not be enticed by the bargains!

@ I8toys thanks for the idea just purchased the Lynx advent calendar for my DS.

DP and I are just doing each other stockings this year up to £100 each so I bought him a big box of Candy Kittens sweets and a Bluetooth shower speaker.

I have to say I was a bit disappointed in the deals, it all seemed much of the same bar the Amazon devices and we already have the whole house linked up in smart speakers, plugs and lightbulbs so no need for more
