Ideas for just turned 14 year old girl

What are you all buying for your young teen girls? My dd has only asked for a laptop so far so I'd appreciate any ideas please

I did too. Could not see it going down well with my DD. Not really her thing.

I’m place marking as well. I have a 14 year old and can’t think of anything except personalised mug with our cat’s picture and clothes vouchers.

I wish I was a 14 year old girl! I would love all these presents! Such a lovely mix of cool, cosy, fun and useful.

I am totally stuck for mine. She doesn't do makeup, jewellery, clothes, trainers at all.

Wireless earphones, that's all I have. She likes art and reading, but has loads of art stuff and a kindle already. We've had magazine subscriptions in the past, but the offerings for this age are just not her thing.

She did mention a gaming console, but her brother has a Nintendo switch and they seem to share that quite nicely (we limit their daily use) so it seems overkill to have another.

I think we'll have to look at subscriptions and memberships to things. Maybe days out. Not very exciting to open on the day though.

DD's list is as long as my arm is pretty similar to the ones mentioned already.

What perfume is everyone buying? I'm buying online so can't do any sniff tests so any recommendations much appreciated!

@Saisong have you considered a graphics tablet? Maybe a middle ground between art stuff and technology as they can plug directly into a laptop. Have seen some v. expensive ones but also quite reasonable.
