Best vegetarian Christmas cookbook?

would love to treat myself to one and get practicing over the cold months.

I don't have a cookbook but this is the main I'll be making. Would highly recommend.

It's full of not just ideas for Christmas menus (with timings), but also loads of lovely ideas for lunches, snacks, sides, desserts, baking, gifts etc. I always make her chestnut sausage rolls, not just at Christmas time. Our go to Christmas dinner is always her Red Wine & Chestnut Pate en Croute!

I think it's out of print now, but I'd really recommend you get a second hand copy!
