Honest thoughts...

So normally for our siblings we give them their favourite drink, and a gift card for a nice meal out and/or cinema trip etc... Obviously this year the meal and cinema trip could be a hit or a miss depending on covid so we were thinking of making up hamper boxes containing:
a drink each (alcohol or hot chocolate for the non drinkers)
pringles,
Their favoured chocolate/sweet
Popcorn,
mints,
Silly token christmas item (think Christmas hat, mask etc)
and a voucher for just eat...

Sort of a "night in box" kinda thing.

Does this sound completely and utterly naff?

We are on a tighter budget this year too so unfortunately the gift card won't amount to the same as the cinema/dinner cards we've given in thr past.

I've actually enjoyed making the hamper and have such a good feeling about it now, I'm actually considering doing it for others who I'm struggling to buy for. Starting to see it as I'd rather they get a few bits of something they will use and like than a random gift for the sake of it.

I'd love a just eat voucher - sounds fab!

I'd absolutely love this, and depending on your daughter's age etc I'd also include a handmade card with a drawing of the person/people it's for and as much original writing as you can persuade her to do inside - this is always the best and the cheapest part of a gift from a child

She's only 2, but has helped make and decorate the boxes... So atleast I can use that excuse as to why they aren't amazing looking ahah
