Presents for 2yr old in a small house

Looking for presents for our toddler that she'll get a lot of use out of but take up minimal space! We live in London in a very small terrace. Dd's own room basically a box room so all toys are in our living room. We already have a toy kitchen (next to the TV Grin ) and definitely cannot accommodate anything else of that sort of size. We have a small yard but not really a garden as such but we do go to the local park a lot.

Yes i agree about wrap up all the things you buy anyway. Pencil, notebook, crayons, cardi , pants socks pj's, hair bobbles, a couple of books, sticker book, colouring book, snack bars - once you've opened all that your thrilked and dont need anything else! Plus you can't control so much what grandparents, friends etc give!!

Pop up tunnel. Folds away for easy storage. The kids love them. Mine use it as a tunnel, they make it part of an obstacle course, walk around with it over their heads being a chimney etc etc.
Best tenner I ever spent.

Would you have space for an easel? Magnetic whiteboard one side and blackboard the other side, with a roll of paper on top and a shelf underneath where you could keep all the paints, paint pots, brushes, chalks, eraser etc. Together with an apron, that’s a lovely present and you can keep all the things on it so the only space it would all be taking up is the space of the easel itself.

You can buy magnetic letters and numbers, and also animal misfits, so loads of play value. Also dry-erase pens.
