Doesnt play sport or computer games, no interest in fashion.

He likes science, plants, things to do with the environment, anything of a factual nature..

I'm looking for little bits and pieces.

Seconding the suggestion of a USB microscope!

DD was 13 last year and had a penknife and whittling book which she loved.
She had woodwork tools the year before with a black and decker bench.
She also had a crumble controller to create robotics, with LEDs and sensors etc.
You code it using a block code language that is quite simple.
