Inspired by the bargains thread, here’s a Christmas book thread!
A few suggestions on there were:

The Christmas Eve tree
The empty stocking
How Winston delivered Christmas
Christmas in Exeter street
Letters from Father Christmas

Thank you so much to the posters on the bargain thread for these suggestions, they all look lovely!
Please can we have more suggestions :)

Christmas in Exeter Street has just arrived and it’s delightful . I have popped it in the Christmas Book Box (Just a wickerbasket) for it to be discovered .

What a great idea for a thread. I also save all the Xmas books and bring them out early December to read throughout festive period. I’d also second (third) the Dinosuar that pooped... my DS found that hilarious.

What sort of age group would the Christmasurus be aimed at does anyone know? DS is 7 but quite young (ie HPotter would scare him even the early book). We’ve been reading chapter books at night so would like a Christmassy one too. TIA

It's been mentioned already, but we got How Winston Delivered Christmas last year and it was just lovely. One short chapter per night from the 1st Dec right up until Christmas Eve. Each chapter has a recommended Christmas Activity too. I'm really hoping DD will want to read it again this year.

I have borrowed Little reindeer by Nicola Killen from the library today and it's such a lovely book
