So far, I've got a lottie doll and some playmobil on my list for her. What are you all getting your 4 year old girls?

Granddaughter will be 4 1/2 at Christmas too. From mum and dad: kidkraft zoey doll house, wooden rainbow pen holder (amazon) filled with crayola pencils/pens etc. Melissa and Doug table top easel. Usbourne look inside books, leapfrog rocket twist, a coulple of new board games. Some usbourne sticker books. Twisty pets bracelet. Kinetic sand box set (the digger one)
From us grandparents vtech unicorn smart watch and schleich tree house or the barn I haven't decided which one yet. And a fake grass field to play with them on. We've built up a nice selection of schleich over the last couple of years and I like to add on to it for special occasions birthdays etc. It stays at ours for her to play with when she is here, which is quite a bit so it's nice to have special toys here, though she can take them home anytime she likes.

My niece is a little bit older (shes 5) and I'm planning on getting her the vtech kids camera Smile

If I don't end up getting her that then I may get the Yoto for her and her brothers to share as it looks really cool

My 4.5yr old is currently obsessed with Sylvanians, Playmobil, LOLs, Shopkins, and (out of my childhood so maybe Gumtree/ local FB selling sites to find them?) Puppy in my Pockets/ Animal Hospital/ Mini My Little Ponies (Ponyville?), Polly Pockets- all small world play.

She also loves playdoh and paint and magic sand, and pretend play with her kitchen and shop and dressing up. Princesses and unicorns and mermaids Grin

Kinetic sand and play dough sets (I have boys but it's always gone down well with either!) There's a great game called Zingo, it's a picture bingo game, also the shopping list game.

My DD is 4.5 too. I have got her buzz, woody and Jessie, my mum has got her Bullseye and Mr potatoe head.

They were quite expensive even with 20% off on the Disney store!! So I think I'm going to get her some little educational games, maybe some more duplo, brio or magnatiles. Or another book for her leapstart. She has a lot already, I like to add to what she already has :) she starts school this year.. i really hope she doesnt get into lol dolls they really freak me out! Haha I'd rather get her a barbie!!

I have a Nintendo switch lite that I play animal crossing on. She loves to watch me, she also has puzzle game on it. I might get her the paw patrol game we can play together. I'll ask her nearer the time as well what she thinks :)

My dds really liked the schleicht bayala figures around that age. Also hama beads. We got an excellent science set from Learning Resources too.

Playmobil!

bumblebeewine · 08/09/2020 09:08

We're getting or have got:

Baby shark toy
Bo Peep (Toy Story)
Rex (Toy Story)
Cabbage Patch doll
New tablet as hers is broken
Slime machine Hmm- she's been asking for one for ages
Bloopies doll
Princess vanity case
Boo figure from Monsters Inc (off eBay)

Something Frozen related and maybe a Butterbean doll

She already has Buzz/Woody/Jessie and Bullseye so we're trying to slowly complete the set for her.

There will also be a stocking with a small bath toy, stickers, book etc, just some small bits.
