I thought it might be helpful if we had a thread where people posted any Christmas events that are actually running this year. National Trust, Santa trains etc?
I think children have had a raw deal this year and I’m hoping to still have a good Christmas.

Belton House in Lincolnshire is doing a Christmas lights thing which you can book already.

Have you been to the belton one before?

We are thinking of it but it's a chunk of money at £76 for 4 inc parking & the insurance

We've booked rufford parks lights in November to try, that's much more affordable but I'm still debating belton as doing we will be buying Panto tickets this year

Thanks for posting this OP. We usually go to Chester Zoo lanterns and have just bagged the last time slot for the date we need. The dc would have been gutted to miss out. Cant believe how early these things get booked up.

Has anyone been to the Xmas event at West Midlands safari park?

We'd love to find something to take our dc to, age 5 & 8 and happy to stay overnight ideally not more than £100 for 4 and 2/3 hrs from Nottingham
