@OverTheRainbow88 I am. I have stuff delivered here atm but will send it to Nanna's when we're all back at school (or at least, when we're meant to be, so it definitely taken in by an actual person).

@lucysmam I'm thinking it'll also help me out as I always gain a tonne of weight at Christmas, this way if they each have their own stash I won't have to buy chocs, sweets etc for the family Xmas Grin

I never really did stocking much with my oldest

I did start last year but its mostly edible stuff - like chocolate orange, chocolate coins, lollypops, rainbow drops and 2 or 3 small pocket money type toys/stationary etc...

they get toiletries/clothing stuff in the xmas eve box and tonnes of presents in general so food stuff seemed to make the most sense for the stocking.

Yay, a stocking thread!

So far this year for DD (7) I have:

  • a magnetic compass
  • tricolour pen in the shape of a dog
  • lip balm in the shape of a squirrel
  • hair things (as always)
  • set of winter woodland-themed mini wooden stamps and some mini notebooks
  • roll of Djeco unicorn stickers
  • temporary tattoo
  • mini soft toy mouse in a box
  • bath sponge
  • mini stapler (DD loves stapling things and is always pinching our staplers)
  • mini sewing kit
  • a small card game (Sussed)

I normally also put in a book, which I haven't thought about yet; a satsuma; some chocolate coins; and a couple of other sweet things. Trying to decide if I should add anything else (which would have to be inexpensive...) I often get her something that lights up, so I'll see what I can think of....am perusing the rest of the thread for suggestions!
