Only recently got round to eating a Fortnum and Mason Christmas pudding bought back in October (ended up going to lovely MIL) who.is not a pudding fan.
I was dissapointed , granted I microwaved it but it was really lacking something, fruitiness? Citrus? I'm not sure. DH said the same ...a bit dry too?
Where do you buy your lovely, fruity, moist and boozy puds from? I've heard Betty's maybe quite good.
Or should I just not bother and get a Waitrose/Tesco finest.
Please don't tell me to make my own, l have a lasting memory of a gifted homemade pud with mould growing on it.
