Frozen turkey instructions say not to reheat...

but we have leftovers. I want to bin it but dh wants to eat it. Why does our turkey say not to reheat it???? And can we??? (I know's it's now two days later...)

I would use it. I cook whole chicken from frozen a lot, and I always reheat in the next day or two. I'm not dead.

I’d definitely use it, as long as it’s been mostly refrigerated since Christmas dinner, and it’s heated through thoroughly. I’ve done it countless times with cooked poultry.
IMO wasting perfectly good food is obscene.

As long as the turkey wasn't out sitting on the side for hours and hours before it went in the fridge, it will be absolutely fine to reheat it. Not just warmed up but properly really hot.
