Turkey still not cooked!

Turkey is stuffed and has been in oven for 4 hours. It is now at 59degrees C. Should be 70 by now! How long will it take to get up to temp?

Why "should" it be cooked by now and where is the stuffing? In the cavity or under the skin?

It 'should' have been cooked because the internet told me so!! 😂

Seriously though it was done 45 minutes later and all is fine. I am now frantically cooking veg and pulling all together.
