What are you having for pudding/dessert on Christmas Day if you aren’t having Christmas pudding?
DH suggested cheesecake but FiL won’t eat it. DC won’t eat trifle. Do I resort to 2 or 3 puddings?

A big pavlova. One half all healthy fruit. Other half all chocolaty with toffe sauce n toffe balls and crushed honeycomb etc. Half for adults. Half for kids... or big kids 😆 xx

How about a nice fruit salad? Any left over will be good for breakfast next day. Chuck in some frozen raspberries and fresh orange juice.
Or a fresh pineapple?
And cheeseboard with grapes.

But BTW there will often be some fussy bugger who'll turn their nose up at whatever you provide.

Chocolate log! Mince pies and brandy butter

My family prefers a golden syrup pudding. I can serve it with rhubarb, raspberry, strawberry, plums, whatever.

If you've got room in your freezer, this winter ice cream bombe is highly recommended www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/fruit-recipes/winter-pudding-bombe/
I served this Ferraro Rocher cheesecake for New Year last year and it came out very well. I added gold sprinkles just before serving. www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/no-bake-chocolate-hazelnut-cheesecake I also served a Baileys cheesecake once but can't find the recipe.
Speaking of Bailey's, I want to try this Baileys tiramisu one day! www.olivemagazine.com/recipes/entertain/baileys-tiramisu/
Black Forest gateau www.bbc.com/food/recipes/marys_black_forest_gteau_47151
Other ideas:
Panettone pudding
Poached pears in mulled wine
Sainsbury's salted caramel, chocolate and hazelnut pavlova
Mincemeat and marzipan tart

If your DC are small, ALDI do snowmen and reindeer ice lollies, its ice cream on a stick that looks like a reindeer or a snowman, my DC love them.

For my Dad (who doesn't like Christmas pud) we do apple pie, hot, served with ice cream or custard.

Some kind of apple dessert
Possibly a baileys cheesecake
