I was out running a couple of months ago and decided I would make a Christmas pie. My version on a festive bake.(Greggs) Pastry on the base, with short crust pastry. A layer of cooked chicken, sausage meat which I've zapped in the microwave so it's not raw, Stuffing, gravy then a lid. You could add cranberry. I'm making a few to take to people I know. I've made it once and it was delicious and can be made beforehand.
