Min pizza - just get a cheap supermarket pizza and use a cookie cutter to make small ones.
One to make about a week earlier, get a jar, an old jam jar is fine, fill with layers of sliced olives, mushrooms, peppers, capers and a single whole garlic clove. Top with olive oil and leave for a few days, serve in a dish with bread to dip in.
Mini 'kebabs' cocktail sticks with an olive a bit of sun dried tomato, feta cheese etc.
Vol-au-vonts - buy the pre cut pastry and use condensed mushroom soup to fill.

Courgette and coriander soup, chilled and served in a shot glass. Ditto gazpacho soup.
Cheese straws. Or non cheese, get ready rolled cheese pastry, 'butter' with Dijon mustard sprinkle with Parmesan for cheese or a mix of herbs and spices (paprika works well) for non cheese, score with a knife, back for 15 mins then cool and snap into straws. Or you could do squares but the straws can be dipped in to the soup if you make it.
Devilled eggs if you want a 1970s vibe.
Mini Yorkshire puddings (if you can get vegi cocktail sausages then these can be toad in the hole).
Japanese style rolled omelette.
Mushrooms stuffed with whatever you fancy, then add breadcrumbs and bake.
Mashed potatoes rolled in breadcrumbs and baked or fried as mini croquettes. You can add surprise fillings such as mushroom.
Stuffing balls.
Onigiri if you have the molds. Rice balls if you don't.
