Best iPhone-controlled LED strip lights?

Should I buy Phillips or are there any cheaper versions that are reliable? For teens without an Alexa.

I’m totally confused and don’t want to buy some that blow up.

Any advice much appreciated

Anyone bought iPhone-controlled LED strip lights as Christmas presents? I’m looking for recommendations of good sets...

I’ve bought my son the Phillips light strip for Christmas, but as far as I’m aware, you need the Philips hub to go with it - we already have the hub as we have the lightbulbs. My son currently uses a cheap usb lightstrip that plugs into his pc but it can’t be controlled by iPhone.

Thanks, YouFellAsleeep. I’m finding it so confusing! The Amazon reviews for the cheaper ones all seem to be 5 or 1 which isn’t very reassuring.
