Then the little serving dishes underneath are to melt raclette cheese (anything else?). And the top bit - does it actually cook food? Eg raw prawns or beef? The suggestions online seem to be cured meat - ie does it need to be something already cooked and this is just warming it through? I know I know. I'm such a sheep for buying without knowing what I'm doing. Don't get me started on the two whackamoles.
