Copy me doll?

I am trying to help out a friend of my husband whose child has asked for a 'copy me doll' for Christmas. He can't work out what that is.

I've suggested he ask the child if it's like a baby or like a Barbie doll, whether it was on an advert and what it does but haven't heard back yet.

I was wondering if any one had any ideas of what it could be that I could pass on.

could it be this? she repeats back or 'copies' what the child says to her
