Hello to creative cooks!
On Christmas day I want to serve rotollo nibbles handed around instead of a starter.
I make these regularly:

Fab because made, rolled up and in the fridge 24 hours in advance and then sliced just before serving, but I'd like to do a variety of different fillings.
Can't be too wet as the wraps would be all mushy.
I think Ham and cream cheese would be good.
Blanched thin asparagus would look pretty when cut but what would be the second ingredient?
Any other suggestions please?
