I have just realised I need to make a Christmas cake! I sent DH to get some fried fruit and he has bought some that are brandy soaked (makes sense I suppose).
Now being a good Scot I was planning on a whisky sozzled Christmas cake.
Would it taste weird with the brandy and whisky?
