Gingerbread people biscuit recipe?

Does anyone have an easy, tasty recipe for gingerbread people biscuits? Preferably one not requiring a gazillion ingredients. I'd rather have a bash myself instead of just decorating shop bought ones. TIA.

I like the Mary Berry one. Chill the dough once you have cut into shape for 30 min and they don’t spread in the oven!
