I love cocktails but never make them at home. Please give me your easiest cocktail recipes. I have an image of various spirits and ingredients set up on the breakfast bar with us all mixing and making our own cocktails! What's your favourite cocktails to make at home?

Then I like a good quality unflavoured gin with Fever Tree Clementine Tonic and lots of ice and a slice of orange.

Easiest is Kir or Kir Royale, Creme de Cassis with white wine or champagne.

Classic champagne cocktail is easy too, a sugar lump in a champagne flute, add a few drops of Angostura Bitters to the sugar lump, add a tablespoon of brandy and top up with champagne. Ideal for Christmas morning!
