What to get the man who wants nothing

So my other half says there's nothing he wants 🙄 my problem is it's his birthday the 14th and then Christmas ! It's our first Christmas living together and I'm absolutely at a loss I e got 3 thoughtful presents he will like so that's his birthday done but I haven't a single thing or idea for Christmas please help , I've got him smelly stuff and skincare honestly what else can you buy men that they will appreciate 😅

Every year: 1) A Dilbert calendar (his choice); 2) Roast potatoes (that's what he says he wants. So I make more than could humanly be used on the 25th, although they do get eaten).
Funnily enough I am going to offer him a brewery tour too, to be taken sometime in the Spring!
