Any ideas anyone? My partner is obsessed with Marvel and I’m looking for a really great Christmas gift along these lines. Budget of around £200 - could go over that for something amazing. I am drawing a blank. Has anyone seen anything?

I’m sure he goes anyway, but on the off chance he doesn’t, tickets to a comic con?

Alternatively, an original comic?

exLtEveDallas · 30/11/2019 06:44

There’s a company called EMP that does hoodies and stuff that are cool - I really want a Quantum Suit one! Or a Groot dressing gown 😂

exLtEveDallas · 30/11/2019 06:44

Or yes, ComicCon tickets are a good idea. I’ve only been once and wish I could afford to go again.

Helpmefindgeekgift · 30/11/2019 06:46

She goes to ComicCon fairly regularly (and I want to avoid giving her tickets because I’ll have to bloody go with her and I hate it Grin )

My partners a dc fan 😂 tense music

He's usually happy with stuff like comics, funko pops, steel book versions of blu rays, box sets, hoodies/ t shirts, memorabilia type merch, "signed" stuff etc

Would he be into replicas of stuff like certain weapons, thanos' gauntlet for example? Or Lego sets?
Sometimes you can get really fancy collector style watches.

Emp-online is great for gamer and movie/tv type merch. I'm not sure if the Disney store might have online exclusives marvel wise.

I’ve just spent the last hour on EMP and now I want a Loki dress. Bloody hell.

Look up ‘Olly Moss avengers pals’ artwork on eBay.
I have lots of Marvel artwork but these prints are seriously my favourites. They were limited edition but you’d be able to get the set for less than £20”. I love them

Citizen also did a range of special edition watches for the end of Phase 3 MCU. They are all slightly over your budget of £200 but currently have 25% off here which would bring it down. They have most of the key characters.

The Disney shop have some deluxe collectibles that might be worth a look and some figure packs. She definitely needs this christmassy baby groot though.

So many fab ideas so far but do keep them coming because nothing is quite right so far. The watches are superb but just slightly too masculine for her and she wears an iwatch so wouldn’t wear a different one, yet she never wears jewellery so that won’t work for her either. She’d probably love the artwork suggested but has way too much on her walls already (not my observation- she was complaining about this recently)

tl:dr she’s a pain in the arse.

Loads of stuff on Zavvi as well www.zavvi.com/franchises/marvel.list

Have a look on eBay OP, I managed to find some amazing signed pieces of LOTR merchandise and some photos too for my sister a few years ago. There's often signed bits floating around there.
I also bought her some framed film cells that she absolutely loves.
