Experience gifts for mums

Thinking of arranging a day out with my mum instead of buying something she doesn’t really want.
Interested to hear any recommendations for activities that last a couple of hours like a flower arranging workshop/pottery making so we can go for a nice brunch afterwards or something. London based would be perfect. Thanks!

Oohh a terrarium class could be fun, I’ll look into that. She doesn’t really have any hobbies as such but is into pretty things. Any cookery class suggestions would be great as well.
