Book recommendation

Putting a Christmas Eve box together for a male relative. I want to put a book in, but I’m a little stuck. His favourite author is Dan Brown, he’s read all of those books. Any recommendations please?

Probably on a bit of a tangent but Stephen fry has books retelling the Greek myths and they're fantastic x

If I was choosing for a Dan Brown fan I'd look at books by James Swallow or Scott Mariani, Terry Hayes also has a good following but for some reason I'm struggling to get through 'I am Pilgrim' even though the reviews have all been good.

Anthony Horowitz - Magpie Murders, not Dan Brown-ish but definitely one that he could stay up reading through to Christmas Day
