I’m not even sure if what I’m looking for exists? MIL is a breast cancer survivor and after various operations and treatments she has (thankfully) been in remission for 5yrs.

After all of her treatment she had to change the soap/deodorant/shower gel that she used. She now has to use stuff like simple pure. Whilst talking to her she said she would love to be able to use ‘nice’ stuff again but hasn’t had the chance to have a good look.

Anyway, to the point of my post! Does anyone know of any good brands or products that I can look at for her and maybe get her some for her stocking - was always put shower gel and/or deodorant in stockings. Or maybe a bit of luxury for her.

Thank you if you’ve made it this far Grin

I would go to boots and get her a lovely selection of different shower gels etc that she can try and then she can decide which ones she likes the best. They do have a wide selection there. Could do her a hamper!

Aveeno, a family member had breast cancer and she swears by this particular moisturiser, in fact I believe the NHS prescribes it. She also uses a shower gel by a brand called "Faith in Nature".

CANCER RESEARCH online sell a range of specially formulated gels/lotions etc for this very purpose!

I’ve seen some stuff by faith in nature. Stupidly I didn’t even think of Cancer Research.

Hamper sounds like a good idea.

Ugh wish there was an edit post option. Of course deodorant etc exists, I was going to ask about something else and got interrupted and went in a different direction and forgot to remove that part Blush
