Hello all!
I’ve given in to temptation and bought a milk frother after seeing it on the Christmas bargains thread. Anyway, can anyone with one recommend the best way to make hot chocolate with it please?
Thanks all! Smile

IIRC , I used to use UHT milk because that's what frothed best (cannot remember how I found this out , it was on a tv demo )

I use soya milk now (now the UHT soya though) does it froth? I have soya lattes done with steam but not sure if the frothy whisk would do it .

Mine has arrived, from Amazon, no outer Amazon packaging which I didnt think to check when I ordered. used it this morning, its fabulous. Just make sure it's thoroughly cleaned. The actual container is almost non stick and the frothed milk does cling to it. You can't submerge that bit in water.

Can I ask how many mugs this will make at one time? I really DON'T need one but I'm thinking it could be nice to make the hot chocolate on Christmas Eve. That would be a good enough excuse to get one for myself right? Wink

One.

@BlueOooChristmas considering I was in a mood with mine and not impressed after the first use......I now love it! With both coffee and hot choc I’ve done a heat milk cycle first then tip this in the cup, wipe out, then do a froth milk cycle, delicious! 😋

Price give back up to £34 on Amazon. Not sure I'd pay that for it but it was a bargain at £19.
