Sorry to ask on here but no idea where else to find the answer!
My friend has sent me a picture of a "friends and family" voucher for M&S with an online code.
It says "use multiple times in store, online code can be used once only"
Does anyone know if I can use it in store just from the picture or do I need to have the physical token for them to scan or something?
