Nursery teachers - gift ideas

What should I get 4 absolutely wonderful Nursery teachers, who my 3 year old adores, for Xmas?

I’m thinking a voucher for maybe Costa or somewhere. Not 100% on their own individual tastes yet and hate the constant giving of mugs etc

Cards and vouchers are good. I wouldnt want loads of mugs, plants, biscuits etc.

I always put in a donation to their staff night out 'have a drink or two on us' idea.
