I need an alternative to Paul Valentine please

My dd16 has her heart set on a Paul Valentine watch and bracelet. She has a birthday this month so I'm looking at getting both.
But I've just looked on Trust Pilot and the reviews are pretty dire.
I wondered if anyone had spotted something similar anywhere else? It seems rose gold and a metal strap are essentials!
Thanks in advance

I would get her the one she wants. I don't pay too much attention to reviews, people only bother to post if they're unhappy with something.

Hmmm I know what you mean. But the reviews are all very recent (within the last week or two) and they all say they haven't received their order and customer services aren't replying to them - it isn't promising tbh

From the attached photos it seems you are looking at the site directly, do you think the reviews surrounding orders not arriving are orders from the Paul Valentine website?

The reason I mention it is because Paul Valentine watches etc are stocked in other places like the Watch Shop for example. Other alternatives maybe Olivia Burton or Orlá Kiely.

Personally though I would get her the brand she has asked for.

how about Olivia Burton? they have lots of rose gold straps, they seem to be slightly more expensive than the paul valentine but they are often on offer/sale if you Google them.

they do bracelets too.

I have bought Paul Valentine watches for my 2 nieces significant birthdays. Had absolutely no problem with either order. I've also bought the matching jewelllery from the Faye website with no issues at all. Obviously that's only one person's experience. I know it's a German company so am guessing they ship from there so you need to leave longer. I've just flicked back through emails and last order took 7 days.

Don't buy another brand, get you dd what she asked for. Online reviews can be written by anyone.

I hadn't found them stocked anywhere else but will take a look now. We looked at Olivia Burton which is def similar.
Dd has been looking elsewhere too - was definitely planning on getting dd what she chose - I just didn't want to either not receive the item or have to wait weeks for it to arrive!
@RockingMyFiftiesNot that's good to hear, will take a look at the Faye website too.
