There’s so many threads on getting presents for other people, what do YOU want for Christmas this year?

There are Indian restaurants that have Christmas lunch. My local did last year but nothing on website - here’s a Googled example

Unfortunately not shockers as I’m still waiting for the doctors to decide what can be done.

@Difficultcustomer - there’s a fantastic one nearby who do Christmas lunch, but I can’t persuade DH.

@MrsPear - make a fuss. I wish I had earlier; I can hardly walk now.

For the baby to sleep through - just I'd like a silent night!

Inappropriate knickers in the wrong size

I asked for a dryer and new kitchen towels. DH says I might get the dryer. Its either a dryer or he needs to use less towels per shower and shower less. (He showers in the morning and after a workout and uses two towels per shower, don't ask me why).

My family around the table but DD is across the other side of the world. Still my sister might get her instead which would make her happy. My sister hasn't any children unfortunately. She is a very good aunty.

I saw a book today. it has a space and a suggestion to be creative every day for a year. DD says I should pack my job in and go back to drawing and painting so this would be a good start.

I won’t get the cleaner. I have some leftover vouchers from my birthday so might get myself the perfume.

Hoping I get the rucksack but I also want to chose it myself.

I’ll get a load of bath stuff that I hate and that irritates my skin but it’s the thought that counts, bless them. I’ll get a type of chocolate that I don’t like from my in-laws but they are so lovely that I don’t really mind that and the kids and DH like it anyway. Never could bring myself to tell
Them I didn’t like that particular chocolate and it’s been far too many years to admit it now .

I've asked for a sewing machine as I really want to try making my own clothes.

However I've joined a sewing group on Facebook and it all sounds waaaaaay more complicated than I thought so I'm a bit worried now. My husband says I have until 15 November to decide. (His payday and when he'll start his shopping!)
