Weather gadget

Morning all!
I’m looking for some sort of weather gadget for DH. He likes checking the weather each day on his phone using the bbc weather app. I’ve seen a few different digital weather things but no idea what to get! I’ve also seen glass things with water inside but after reading reviews they don’t look that great.
Any recommendations very much welcome! Thanks all

Nothing to suggest, but following with interest as DH has asked for a weather vane, haven't got a clue where to start.

Storm glasses are really decorative and fascinating. My dh has a little electronic weather station but I might but him a storm glass for Christmas

I've been looking at weather stations.
I like the look of analogue ones over digital ones,but the digital ones seem to have more functions. I found one called Metro Max which has an outdoor sensor too, so you get an indoor and outdoor reading, which seems useful. I'm also trying to justify getting a handheld anemometer, just because!

@Bbq1 the storm glasses look lovely but I’ve read a lot of mixed reviews in them, majority saying they don’t work :(

@bsc that’s similar to what I’ve been looking at on amazon. There so much choice that I’m baffled!!

Yes, @PinkDaydreams I've seen that too, but I guess it's just a case of reading reviews because they just look so nice.
