Hi I’m after some ideas for my ten year old. I have his 2 year old sisters stocking sorted. So far I have emoji socks, Mario pants and chocolate! My mind has gone blank.

My dc not thar age, but any books that he might want? Rubies cube? Something silly like a Whoppee cushion? Tube of pringles?
Any toiletries?

Does he like branded clothes? At that age DS got branded pants and socks that I refused to buy at any other time of year.
Generally in a stocking I put candy canes, chocolate coins, chocolate sprouts, pens/pencils etc (not boring ones), a flannel or bath scrunch thing (I dont know what they are really called) Shower gels etc (you can usually find packs of small Star Wars themed ones etc in B&M), bake your own cookies/muffins etc (again B&M are good as they have some that ome in little glass bottles that fit in a stocking) Thise straws where you drink ilk through them and they flavour the milk (B&M)
Basically I go to B&M Grin

Watching as I am struggling for small, cheap bits for my 11 year old this year. First time. I will be buying a book he wants and I always get a tube of smarties but apart from that I'm stuck.

For mine I do similar to what's been mentioned. Joke books go down well and are usually small / cheap. I also get stationery stuff like pens I know will be well received. Basically the pound shops, WHS and the pocket money section of Waterstones are good places to look.

Wow some great ideas on here. My son is 5 I'll be going to B & M - good call!

Some great bits on here some of them worth £5 each!

Thank you...some great ideas. It’s hard to know what to get him for a main present as he’s getting to a tricky age and has only really asked for books but he’s still young enough to want a pile or the same amount as his sister and vouchers don’t really mean much for him.

@Hellokitty82

Thank you Thanks

Just ordered a few fillers for DD stocking. It's £4.99 delivery but even with only ordering the 5 things it's still not bad for £9.99 Grin

For main present, my DS is starting to ask for branded clothing, experiences or tickets for something, computer games but also still loves nerf guns! His wish list looks like this...
Nike Air trainers
Hype hoodie
Personalised football top from favourite team
FIFA 20 game
Magazine subscription to either fourfourtwo or the Week Junior
Lots of books!

He also needs a new bike and we’re looking at getting him tickets to a football match. He won’t be getting all of this stuff as it’s all expensive stuff but we have a big family and his birthday is before Christmas so hopefully we can make some of it happen for him.
