Not turkey?

Anyone else considering having something different to turkey this year?

I have to feed 6 meat-eaters. Would have liked goose, but don't think it's big enough.
Mulling over other alternatives.

What do you have if not turkey?

I haven't had turkey for years as not keen. We used to have a goose from a farm, we got three bags, goose, giblets, and a bag of fat I used to freeze in portions

We now have stuffed duck and filet of beef
