Where to buy nice Christmas cards?

I'm looking for nice Christmas cards that come in boxes, (not individual ones). I don't like religious or character ones (eg, the Simpsons!). Has anyone seen any? Thanks.

I don't send many cards now, only to elderly relatives, but always buy charity cards. I bought a nice box from the RNLI shop last year, this year I've bought Hospice ones. Look in the charity shops for nice cards, lots of choice.

Card Aid usually do nice ones for a variety of different charities.

Although looking at the website, the range isn’t what it used to be...

I got mine from Studio.

I got mine from Sainsburys last year, individual ones for family and some packs for school and neighbours,
Also saw some nice ones in next last year but had glitter all over them and won’t buy them now on principle , though most places seem to have stopped that. Ow

The Blank Card Company have some nice art cards. I had excellent service from them too.

Starting around now, a local town centre church always has a huge selection from masses of different charities. That's where I buy nearly all of mine.

The Heart Foundation and Oxfam, both selling new beautiful Christmas cards (and other occasions).

Waterstones has some lovely packs this weekend.

Of the charity shop packs, I think the cancer research and British heart foundation (buy online as well as in their shops) are the nicest and most varied. DS already buys the sheep ones and stag ones from cancer research.

Homesense have beautiful Christmas cards. Usually in small packs of 8 cards, really worth a look OP as they have so many different types, plus the Christmas things in there are just lovely 🌲

Oxfam do a nice selection. Something for everyone.

BearSoFair · 21/10/2019 18:43

WHSmith usually have some nice ones, nearly always on 3 for 2 offers as well.

Thanks everyone. I will have a look when I go to town this week
You mentioned several places that I'd forgotten about.

I second Homesense- they also do lovely individual cards too from around £1.99 each upwards which is often cheaper than the likes of Clinton’s but the cards imo are much nicer.

Countrybumpkins · 22/10/2019 07:22

Clinton’s boxes are usually nice.
