I started doing this a few years ago. I’d wrap up a present in random paper, and address it to the whole family from Santa and leave it under the tree. The DC were smaller then, and really bought into it, so I’ve continued.
In the past I’ve done family games like draughts, monopoly etc. Last year I did a personalised Quality Street tin with our surname. I am looking for ideas for this year.
DS is 11yo, and we have a little one too. I am thinking maybe a large-ish jigsaw that we could leave on the table and everyone do a bit when they fancy it, but all ideas welcome.
