Help with 22 year old dd

I’m at a lost at what to get Dd for Christmas. I’m finished apart from her. I usually get her a lot of food but that’s no good as she’s back living with me. She has loads of things and very little free time now she’s working. I usually get her theatre tickets. She has enough smellies to last about two years. I have a few bits but I’m stumped. Any ideas welcome. Thank you.

Fancy lunch bag/cool bag for work, or a thermal cup.

Cordial11 · 30/09/2019 21:10

Does she like makeup? At the counters in selfridges etc you can have make done (in MAC, a 90 minute lesson) and then after the money can be spent on products so essentially free makeup done/lesson Smile

Make up, voucher to have her hair done, car matts if she drives?, some nice wine, a nice blanket/duvet set, pandora ring or necklace?

RuthW · 30/09/2019 21:15

Thank you. She doesn't wear make up or drink and has her hair done where they don't do vouchers. Has everything possible for her car and bought a lunch bag when she started working in Sept. She's so difficult!

Candles. New bedding. Throw. Decorative pillows for bed. Dressing gown. Phone case.

Diary? I bought this one recently and it's AMAZING. Maybe some pens to use in it too?

Can she drive and does she have a car? If so, Yankee candle car smellies, maybe new car mats?

I'm 23 so trying to think of things I'd like to receive.

Magazine subscription, sweaty Betty vouchers if she us a gym/exercise sort, graze subscription

recklessgran · 03/10/2019 23:11

Not sure what your budget is but you could try Red Letter Days or Virgin experiences. You could make a hamper e.g bottle of wine with a wine tasting voucher, soft toy meercat with meet the meercat experience - you get the drift. This has gone down very well with my 5 adult DD's in the past.

Glass reusable keep cup

Amazon voucher for kindle books

Lindt chocolate reindeer

National geo magazine

cashmere bed socks

small phone battery charger

Zaphodsotherhead · 04/10/2019 17:34

Nice wrap/jacket
Cinema voucher
Voucher for a massage
Cookery school day

Trying to think of what my DD23 might like or is getting!

LizzieMacQueen · 05/10/2019 12:00

Watching for ideas too but how about a Netflix subscription?

RockingMyFiftiesNot · 05/10/2019 15:54

How much are you wanting to spend?

Aderyn19 · 05/10/2019 22:16

I bought ds one of those things you put on a chair that gives massages and heats up to make your back and neck feel nice.
It's hard to buy for kids who are old enough to shop for themselves and have loads of stuff. I will also get things like Costa gift card

smartcarnotsosmartdriver · 05/10/2019 22:22

Is there somewhere near where she works that does nice takeaway lunch? A voucher for there so she can get some nice lunches? Any restaurants she goes to with friends etc that might do a voucher?

MyDcAreMarvel · 06/10/2019 00:25

ASOS advent calendar as an Xmas day gift. The box it comes in is lovely.

MyDcAreMarvel · 06/10/2019 00:26

Sorry missed the no make up.

Mrsmadevans · 06/10/2019 07:31

My dd is 21. I’ve got tickets to see wicked in London (this involves flights & hotel for the weekend as we are in Ireland). I’m also getting her a Fitbit & some cheap brand of EarPods (not the real thing but just as good). I’ve got her some regatta fleeces that were reduced to €7.95 online & I know she loves and then the usual choc reindeer, treats etc.
