And HUGE thanks to the PP (cannot find your original post, sorry) who shared the framed initial jigsaws from The Works. Stacked with a discount code we got them for around £1.74 each and they are stunning. Everyone with the initials available has one coming to them from my DD this Xmas! We're even blagging the W as an M to make me a Mummy feature for my roomBlush

@PaddingtonBearHardStare I have an Elliot!

My contribution tonight is that if you shop at H and M, check your account for rewards on the app or website - I just found about 4 £3 reward vouchers on mine that I didn't know were there!

Someaddedsugar · 20/09/2019 18:46

@Reastie I don't know if it's any help but I'll probably be near a Smiggle tomorrow if you want one picking up and posting?

Reastie · 20/09/2019 19:15

Looking4ward I’m not sure if we got our wires crossed as I was speaking of smiggle calendar not

Someadded that’s so kind and appreciated but the postage will limit any saving and dd will be fine without it. Just annoying I was so close and didn’t realise.

I know birchbox do a lot of deals but they have 2 boxes for 12.95 inc p and p- topcashback gives a quid back. Don’t forget to cancel after.

imsorryiasked · 20/09/2019 19:43

Tyrrell katz have free delivery this weekend - not much in the sale at the moment but might help someone.

Someaddedsugar · 20/09/2019 19:57

@Reastie Hermes would be £4 p&p if that helps at all? Where are you based? At work we have an internal post system across a couple of regions that’s all!

Reastie · 20/09/2019 20:01

Thanks sugar, honestly, it’s fine. The saving is £8 so postage would limit any saving. I’ll check if it continues to include Monday and I might take a trip there

Anker WiFi ear buds are on the lightning deals on Amazon £17.99 instead of £69.99 I think.
Good brand with excellent customer service

Looking4wards · 20/09/2019 20:15

@Reastie no worries. I've bought it now anyway Blush

inneedofchocolate · 20/09/2019 20:23

@22Giraffes I bought a Kanken backpack off an eBay seller for my dd and although it might not be the real deal, you really couldn't tell as the quality was excellent. Dd thinks it was really expensive but I think it was around £15.

PinkDaydreams · 20/09/2019 20:48

Oh my goodness, I didn’t realize just how expensive the Fjallraven backpacks are! Mum saw one the other day that she likes so I thought I’d look at getting it her, £80!!! She doesn’t even like backpacks!

SmallAndFarAway · 20/09/2019 20:51

@Looking4wards, last year's l'Occitane calendar was on sale in my local pharmacy for aages last year after Christmas, and elsewhere if I remember correctly - so depends on if you want it in a timely manner or at a bargain price...

PinkDaydreams · 20/09/2019 21:00

Just reminiscing....can anyone remember years ago Asos had a promo code selling everything at £1 each?! Must have easily been at least 10 years ago. That was a good Christmas!

IfyoushouldmeetaCrocodile · 20/09/2019 21:02

Ok, this is probably the least Christmassy request ever but after much discussion and deliberation my sis has finally announced that the only thing she needs or wants for Christmas is......... period pants!!!!! So, does anyone have any tips, brands to avoid etc? She's about a size 12 usually. So far I've been drawn to the Holland and Barrett ones but only because it's a name I recognise but they're £27 pound a pair!!!! Is that average? Any deals or advice would be much appreciated

Elphaba17 · 20/09/2019 21:11

Pinkdaydreams I remember the year they had a £10 off voucher with no minimum spend. I got some lovely gifts for people that year for next to nothing.

Thegirlhasnoname · 20/09/2019 21:11

ifyoushouldmeetacrocodile I’ve not used them but Cheeky Wipes sent an email about their period pants to me a few weeks ago. The reusable wipes they do are really good so I’d assume it extended to other stuff they do

WisestIsShe · 20/09/2019 21:16

@IfyoushouldmeetaCrocodile we have modibodi here and dd really rates them. here
If you like the look of them I can refer you for a £10 credit each. Just pm me.

PinkDaydreams · 20/09/2019 21:17

@Elphaba17 I can’t imagine them doing anything like that ever again!!

ADayAlwaysHasToEnd · 20/09/2019 21:23

The modibodi ones are great as they aren't to bulky, are true to size and good absorbency

Elphaba17 · 20/09/2019 21:27

Pinkdaydreams - me either unfortunately..I also used to get loads of boots glitches back around that time too.

user1573354 · 20/09/2019 21:34

@IfyoushouldmeetaCrocodile I recently bought DD some from Cheeky Wipes, which are the cheapest reputable and reccomended brand I could find.

friskybivalves · 20/09/2019 21:56

Irritated that I missed @irritatedbetlynch tip about anker earbuds on an amazon lightning deal but I did spot that they have weighted blankets in the lightning bit. Who was it on this thread wanting a cheap one? Don't know how bargainous or what their budget was but possibly worth a look?

DianaPrinceRocks · 20/09/2019 21:56

De-lurking to say that Boots are getting in their Christmas gifts in store [santa] (apols if it was mentioned already - I know a PP mentioned the star gifts).

Not very Christmassy but my local one had a HUGE markdown on Fake Tans to make room - Isle of Paradise and SkinnyTan down to around £4.50 Shock. Might help someone make up a gift for a creosote lover Wink.

DarwinLoves · 20/09/2019 22:00

Modibodi period pants are fantastic. Sign up for their newsletter and you'll get some discount
