Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Just want to say thank you so much everyone for not doing lots of placemarking to start the thread but watching the thread, hopefully it’ll make a big difference in your scrolling through lots of posts every time.

Sorry. I did just that Blush

Has anyone mentioned PewterHooter jewellery on Amazon yet? Very good value Swarovski crystal stuff

Scruffalicious · 31/08/2019 16:48

The Amazing Sherbet Co have some pretty good stocking fillers. The etsy shop is closed for a break at the moment but they've promised new products!

LikeSilver · 31/08/2019 16:58

I’ve been out all day and missed the leapfrog bargain! Gutted as it would have been perfect for my goddaughter 🤦‍♂️

Someaddedsugar · 31/08/2019 17:01

This purse could make a cute stocking filler - a couple of patterns but only £1.55 including delivery.

Strawberryfield12 · 31/08/2019 17:12

For those of you who placed an order with Lands End and paid with Lloyds payment card. Go check your online bank account, in everyday offers there is 15% cashback for purchases with Lands End, expires October 7. Only noticed today and paid for Lands End with PayPal :(
If you activate their cashback order before your account is charged/order dispatched you should still get additional 15% on those bargain purchases.

TryingtobePrepared · 31/08/2019 17:12

I know woolovers have been popular, and saw this today £16 Off & free p&p code ST19 - haven't tried it as I'm not keen on woolovers but hopefully helpful to someone

princessbear80 · 31/08/2019 17:54

Strawberryfield12 I’ve just checked Santander and there’s also 15% cash back for Lands End with them too.

WaitWhatOh · 31/08/2019 17:55

Anyone seen or know of any Vans or converse trainers on amazing deals? I have a v difficult ( so fussy omg so fussy) 13 year old girl to shop for!!

princessbear80 · 31/08/2019 17:56

Also cash back offers on menkind and Ocado with Santander- have seen these both mentioned on these threads.

lifelongfrugaleer · 31/08/2019 18:12

Aldi had lots of art bits in today brushes, pencil, canvas. Looked lovely

PaddingtonBearHardStare · 31/08/2019 18:14

I've just ordered DS a Harry Potter T-shirt from the IWOOT link, will report back what the free gift is if it arrives and the offer is still on!

LostMyRubySlippers · 31/08/2019 18:34

Just been trying that woolovers code but it gives me free delivery & no other discount... 🤔

StrumpersPlunkett · 31/08/2019 18:38

Can anyone help with a gift for a very cerebral, computer game obsessed 10 year old who has all the computer games he could ever want.
I have gone down the lego route in previous years but I have become aware that he doesn't ever play with lego so I will avoid that now I know.
help!

patm99 · 31/08/2019 18:45

How about a new mouse mat. Depending on your budget a gamers mouse mat, or one which has his favorite game.
Steam vouchures are also popular in this house!

TakeMeToYourLiar · 31/08/2019 18:51

My London transport order arrived today. Gorgeous quality and hat big enough for a pre schooler

LikeSilver · 31/08/2019 18:53

The Voucher Codes app has a code (it generates a one time use code per app) for a further 25% off the sale at the Adidas outlet.

imsorryiasked · 31/08/2019 18:57

I was just browsing IWOOT thanks to tabbycat985 and they have Bang & Olufsen Beoplay E6 headphones downing the colours down to £125 from £275.

Awrite · 31/08/2019 19:02

@waitwhatoh - have a look at the Shuh sale. I saw a fair few cheap Converse and Vans on offer.

UrbanMage · 31/08/2019 19:10

As well as the fox scarf (for me) I've just bought one of these for my Nana. It has good enough reviews for 2 quid.
grey chiffon scarf

UrbanMage · 31/08/2019 19:13

Amazon has 10% cashback on some things on topcashback too

UrbanMage · 31/08/2019 19:18

@StrumpersPlunkett how about something like a Raspberry Pi. Not the cheapest idea but perhaps something to do with coding could work. And the Lego could be used to build the casing.

There are other things out there similar.i think the science museum did a range of gifts in that ilk a few years ago.

Scruffalicious · 31/08/2019 19:28

StrumpersPlunkett Forbidden Planet have lots of gaming/geeky stuff in the sale. It's where I'm shopping for eldest.

dementedma · 31/08/2019 19:38

Any recommendations for a 17 year old musician. DS plays Bass and wants yet another humungously expensive guitar for Christmas. Aye right! Looking for music related but cheaper.
