We are away over Christmas. My extended family plus my fil. We're staying in a self catering place that has a covered outdoor seating area with woodburner, bbq and hot tub. I think it would be nice to have at least one meal on the bbq. I'm thinking Christmas eve. I don't want to just do bog standard bbq, I'd like to give it a christmassy twist. Some of us are veggie too so veg suggestions welcome. Anyone else doing/ done a Christmas bbq. I'd love to hear your ideas.
